"I tell you," he replied, "If they keep quiet the rocks will cry out." ~Luke 19:40
Sometimes an experience that raises awareness is all your team needs to see the places where they can be more intentional about how they work together using emotional intelligence. We provide foundational emotional intelligence sessions that are sure to raise your awareness and support your team in working together more efficiently. Our services are designed to build your self-awareness and ultimately increase the impact of your practices through reflection and relationship building.
We know from experience that leaders are often the last ones to be coached because their focus is on coaching others. Silent Rock Educational Services is here to support you in examining your practices to celebrate your efforts. We are also here to be a thought-partner and accountabili-buddy in co-creating a plan for how to evolve as an impactful and emotionally intelligent leader whose actions match his or her heart posture. Our time together begins with a conversation about your values and how they show up in daily life, as well as a deep dive into the four domains of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship management). Schedule a consultation to discuss how you might combine services to best meet the needs of your team.

Black Mothers Virtual Core Camp and Coaching
How do your students, parents, and colleagues know that at your core, you value them? What do you do on a daily basis to demonstrate it?
Educators spend the summer doing deep learning and preparation for Common Core Standards implementation. Some also prioritize working on their abs (core). Core Camp asked participants to prepare their core beliefs for the school year. The goal was for educators to be able to define the beliefs at the core of who they are individually. In Core Camp we planned and practiced reacting when those beliefs are being challenged and planned intentional places for our core values to be on display for students, parents, and colleagues.
Educators in Core Camp prepared to honor their core in the new school year with a Core Plan and a new network of educators to support them along the way.
